Last updated October 16, 2018
[Notice] All authors, including co-authors, MUST register a PIN (Personal Identification Number) on the Papercept system before making a submission. A submission cannot be made without a PIN for each author. A PIN can be created by the first author on behalf of co-authors, however before you register a new PIN for your co-authors, please confirm if they already have an active PaperCept PIN. Please note that IGTC2019 has a three step submission process:
- STEP 1 - Abstract submission (late Oct. 2018 - 31 Jan. 2019): Authors are expected to submit a 1-page abstract (up to 500 words) of their manuscript. This abstract will be used to pre-screen manuscripts to ensure that they lie within conference scope.
- STEP 2 - Full-length draft for review submission (late Feb. 2019-late April 2019): Only those abstracts that are considered suitable for the conference will be invited to submit their full length draft for review. If you do not submit the 1-page abstract, you will not have the opportunity to submit a full length draft for review.
- STEP 3 - Final paper submission (late June 2019 - late August 2019) : Authors whose full length draft for review are accepted after the STEP 2 peer review will be able to submit their final paper for presentation at the conference and inclusion in the conference proceedings.
