Abstract

Decentralized stabilizing controller design problem for a system to achieve robust tracking of certain reference signals despite certain disturbances and modeling uncertainties is considered for linear time-invariant descriptor-type distributed-time-delay systems. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of this problem are presented. The structure of the controller which solves this problem, when a solution exists, is also given.
