Abstract

This paper presents the experimental results of noise characteristics of a UAV rotor equipped with variable pitch propeller. The experiment was conducted in the IMP TUL anechoic chamber. The aim of the presented study is to find possible ways of further investigation and show the general influence of variable pitch on the sound emission of a propeller. The main aspects of investigation include analysis of sound pressure level and power spectral density of the rotor noise.
