Abstract: This workshop is organized by SICE and TCCT, Chinese Association of Automation as an pre-conference workshop of SICE-FES 2024. The aim of this workshop is to bridge knowledge gaps between optimization and reinforcement learning theory and engineering practice. The keynote speakers will be invited from both side of Japan and China to address the newest progress in system control theory. Furthermore, the experts from industry will show the challenging issues accounted in practice. A round table discussion will be organized to exchange the opinions for the theorist and engineers.
